Confession – It’s Time To Take Out The Garbage!

None of us needs to look inward at ourselves and see that the things we’ve saved up. We like to think that we’re good people. We convince ourselves because we do not commit criminal acts which we’re people that are good. In addition, we say things like,” I am not perfect, I make mistakes”. What’s wrong with us? We convince ourselves that we’re good, however on the other hand we’re bad too. So have we convinced ourselves that we’re blameless for our actions? Do we figure we are not bad because we’re not in jail? We like to think that because we’re not perfect that it’s ok to keep on living the way we do. We all understand that the flesh is corupt. Each of the flesh thinks about is itself. It doesn’t want anything to do with the soul or the soul (our intellect). The mind will continue telling us lies. And provided that the flesh is predominate our spiritual aspect over, we’ll continue deceiving ourselves.

The flesh is downfall, it needs what the world has to offer, not everything God has to offer you. As long as we obey the flesh we will be bent towards the planet, not walking upright like God made us. To get what God must offer one wants to start by denying ones self and that is like death to the flesh. So in a sensual, fleshly manner we chase items which gratify our appetites, or delights. Problem is that something is missing:”God”. You could go to church all week, volunteer, study your bible, etc., etc., but so long as your flesh is predominate you have no life in Christ. Mark 8:34 – 37.

Who would you worship, God or the world? You can’t have both. Though lots of people think that they can. Among the problems isthat, is that so long as we can’t see any wrong in what we’re doing than it must be okay? Wrong. We are totally blind to such things since we are carnal. The soul and spirit have not awakened nonetheless. The only means to wake up our spiritual side is by denying ourselves and following Jesus into the tomb (this is not the baptism of water. The water baptism is a baptism that is a pledge made to God from a fantastic conscience. After we die in Christ we can be reborn into our true spiritual liberty. This is. The flesh doesn’t know what is happening. The light of faith is shadow into the flesh. The flesh no longer has charge of its faculties. This is the place where the battle begins.

To be able to help achieve this point we need to look inward. We need to acknowledge our sins. 1John 1:8,9’When we state that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and merely to forgive us all our sins, and to purify us’. To be able to acknowledge our sins we need to turn to Jesus for His help. Remember, we need to first deny ourselves, so we need to want to give up our methods of living, all of ita nd pick up our crossplatform. We’ll want it to nail the flesh. Jesus is the way, follow Him. That is exactly what he meant when He said,’ The street is long and thin and few find it’. It’s not a matter of finding it, it’s right in front of you. You have to be willing to get on this road at all costs, regardless of what trials and evaluations produce up. It’s not a road to the ones or the ones of the world. It’s for individuals who need to be known as a child of God.

Jesus will be present to help you, if you may turn your eyes to clean up yourself. He’ll even bring forth. It is a deep and serious cleansing. The sins we all remember and the ones presented from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we need to write them all down. You can set them in groups like: greed, envy, sloth, impatience, anger, resentments, lusts, gluttony and jealousy. It’s going to take some time. It’s a learning experience that is wonderful . As soon as you have written down this, you want to take it somebody who is experienced in this kind of confession. So you can talk about what you have written and plead for the forgiveness. In James 5:16 it says,’ So confess your sins to one another, and pray for one may cure you’. No. I’ve been in alot of churches that are different and I do not understand the reason why this isn’t taught by them. Because we’re lacking in teachers and preachers, could be. Many educated by man and not from the Lord. Also this is not a matter that will tickle people’s ears.

I will give a testimony if I can of my experience of this kind of confession to you. I am only telling this to glorify God bless His heart and soul and to show you truth in the scriptures of the importance of a confession. When I learned of this kind of confession and opted to do it since I was prepared to do everything and anything within my own walk with Jesus to grow emotionally and learn how to do what is right in God’s eyes. We discussed what when I took my documents I had written all my sins on to a minister that was knowledgeable about this kind of confession and he asked questions. We prayed. Once we were finished, I felt inside and renewed I can not even start to explain how amazing it was.

When I left, I ran into a few folks I knew and they asked me what was happening. I said,” Exactly what do you believe?” . They stated I had this glow around me. I told them everything I had just done. I could see in their faces they were by seeing this radiance of light. In my head to my feet I was in such a wonderful state of overpowering…I am sorry but I simply can’t find the words to describe it. I don’t think there are some. That is exactly what the baptism of the Holy Spirit is all about, I understand that for certain. Following your confession there is an additional thing for you to do. Make amends to the people you have resentments towards and people you done and have hurt.
