Solving the Immigration Problem:

Nothing President Bush stated (5/15/06) have some actual effect on illegal immigration. I would like to criticize the President but my view. I have several payroll businesses that prepare payroll for businesses across the country.

Immigration, illegal and legal, is driven by the opportunities given in this country. Those opportunities exist because we have the Three Rules of Wealth as I use to call them when I taught High School.

1. Principle of Law You understand the rules and they fundamentally change, and you understand the outcome of your behavior if you violate them.
2. Private Property You have to own the resources of wealth production. Intangible and tangible assets that let you create profits. Rule Number One guarantees this
3. Free Enterprise You’re not limited to what you could do provided that you follow Rule Number One using Rule Number Two.

Out when these rules apply to them if they’re illegal, you are not likely to continue to keep folks. If they didn’t apply companies would slip from illegal immigrants, banks would just seize their accounts, school districts would turn away their children, hospitals might refuse to treat them, etc..

How can you keep illegal immigrants from the country? Cut them off in the opportunities that the Three Rules of Wealth supply. How can you do that?

First you need to have a perfect system of identifying citizens and aliens. But it means that a national identification method. Which, incidentally, solves the unlawful problem of identity theft. Why don’t you simply make the immigrants because they wont carry an ID card.

Secondly, penalize businesses that employ illegal immigrants. Make it a felony to employ an illegal. All businessmen like an edge. Some get the edge by benefiting from it and hiring cheap labour. If the playing field is leveled, no company is wrongly hurt. If average wages go they move up for everybody and every company raises their cost. Because immigrants cant get a job this may appeal to the conservatives.

Third cut off all benefits for illegal immigrants. No government, no schools regardless of food stamps, no avail, no sanctuary rewards no nothing. No prison . Hard labour until they pay for there transport from country. Someone does, if their nation of origin wont take them labour until they or they expire.

Capture their bank accounts, seize take their cars and homes. Remember they’re offenders the minute they cross the border or overstay their visa. Give the individual that defines them of the authorities as a illegal and half half.

My suspect will be in 30 days after this program is enacted that 90% or more of all immigrants will have left the country. Will appear desirable, If you remove all chance in this country, the chance meager, in their country of origin.

Children of immigrants who are citizens can’t be deported. That’s part of the Rule of Law. Until they are 18 if want to take them set up orphanages. Educatefeed, house, cloth, and maintenance for them. They are citizens in the end.

Is this unpleasant, yes of course. People will prevent from looking for a better life. You have to make the things that they have where they came out to seem to be much better than what’s offered in the USA. Nothing less will do. Otherwise earth who want a better lifestyle for themselves and their families may continue to come hear irrespective of the penalties that they know’s working individuals are not enforced.

Can I agree that this is what we should do. Certainly Not.

This isn’t any way to treat individuals. But them will prevent from coming back and coming and coming. Which is not bad. If individuals are going to come here we want hard working, motivated individuals like our ancestors who emigrated here or survived the hardships of slavery and lived . To incorporate them is a different conversation.
